  This place is a disgrace. It is in need for better management. The "APM" is the only one that is helpful and knows what she's doing. The​ maintenance men needs to be upgraded to some men or women that takes their job seriously. You can only count on one or two that's willing to work when they get a work order. But, three of them drinks on the job I know for sure. Two out of the three have asked me for drinks before. Please save yourself the headache and not move here. I had mice. Put in several request. It takes two or more weeks before the exterminator is schedule to come out to your unit. Then when the exterminator comes out. He just put down the green Decon blocks. He puts it in plain site. You don't put those blocks in plain site when you have small kids. I had to get my ex-husband to come from out of state to find the hole and fill it so my child and I could live mice free. These people don't care about nothing but money. No interest at all with getting things done and preventing accidents from happening in your unit. I have plenty of picture and emails. Run Run Run from this place.

  The worst apartments I have ever lived in. Every month I have to put in work order for maintenance. All the know is to send emails that work has been completed without any work done.
